选用国内外大麦种质资源384份,分别种植于上海、江苏和浙江三省市的3个病圃中。用F(ab’)2-ELISA检测带毒情况,并进行田间发病率调查。结果有364份大麦品种经血清学检测与田间发病相符,发病轻重与植株内病毒含量基本一致。另有20份大麦品种经检测为阳性,但田间未查到明显病株,为隐症带毒。
384 domestic and foreign barley germplasm resources were selected and planted in 3 nurseries of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces respectively. F (ab ’) 2-ELISA was used to detect the virulence and field investigation was conducted. Results A total of 364 barley cultivars were detected by serological tests in line with the field incidence. The severity of disease and the virus content in the plants were basically the same. Another 20 barley varieties tested positive, but no obvious diseased plants were found in the field, which was poisoned by the disease.
