影视类专业应用型人才的文化素质教育就是要将大学生的文化素质教育和影视类专业的特征及应用型人才的培养目标结合起来,培养出德才兼备的应用型人才。影视类专业人才培养目标的实现,必须采取一些具体措施:优化课程结构,增加文化素质教育内容;改革文化素质教育的方式方法,课堂教育与课外活动相结合;编写高质专业教材,增加本土特色文化教育内容;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师文化素质修养。
