【目的】基于互联网WEB技术,开发面向政府、企业、医疗机构和社会公众等不同对象的中药不良反应知识服务平台。【方法】采用B/S模式、三层结构设计进行系统功能模块的开发。以TBF全文数据库作为存储格式,中药不良反应WEB信息采集模块作为数据采集工具,构建以中药不良反应文献数据库为核心的中药安全性知识仓库。【结果】针对中药不良反应数据库信息管理及面对不同药学服务对象,开发了集中药不良反应知识采集、整理、加工、管理、发布、浏览、检索、分析等功能于一体的知识服务系统。【结论】该系统能针对不同对象开展关于中药不良反应的药学服务,为中药的效益与风险评估提供服务,促进中药的安全、合理、有效使用。
【Objective】 Based on the internet WEB technology, this paper develops a Chinese traditional medicine adverse reaction knowledge service platform for government, enterprises, medical institutions and the public. 【Method】 The system function module was developed by B / S mode and three-layer structure design. Using TBF full-text database as the storage format and Chinese traditional medicine adverse reaction WEB information acquisition module as a data collection tool, a Chinese medicine safety knowledge warehouse centered on Chinese traditional medicine adverse reaction literature database was constructed. 【Result】 According to the management of ADR database information and the face of different pharmacy services, a knowledge service system was developed that integrates the functions of ADR knowledge acquisition, collation, processing, management, publishing, browsing, searching and analysis. 【Conclusion】 The system can provide pharmacological services for different subjects on adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicines, provide services for the benefit and risk assessment of traditional Chinese medicines, and promote the safe, rational and effective use of traditional Chinese medicines.
