女性,因再生障碍性贫血合并乙型肝炎住院。住院期有恶心呕吐,为改善症状给胃复安10mg,一日3次。口服第二天夜间,患者自觉下肢抖动,伴颈项强直感。以后手足均出现抖动,遂日加重,动作缓慢。神经系统检查:神清,全身情况可。左向眼震(+),右向外展略受限,无面瘫。舌居中、无颤。左侧颈肌略紧张,四肢张力略高,有震颤。腱反射亢进,左侧>右侧。左侧霍夫曼征(+),左踝阵挛(+)。深浅感觉无异常。克氏征、布氏征均阴
