为分析及检测牛奶中的酰胺类除草剂残留,以提升对奶制品产业的食品安全问题的重视程度,采用分散液液微萃取+气质联用法,使用气相色谱质谱联用仪(6890/5973N)作为分析仪器,分别对牛奶中的酰胺类除草剂的残留进行分析检测。分析出了影响萃取效果的因素,在最佳的实验条件下优化了萃取结果,分别选取萃取剂(四氯化碳40.0μL)、分散剂(甲醇1 000.0μL),萃取时间设为60 s,得到酰胺类除草剂的添加回收率为66%~104%,RSD不足8.2%。可见,使用该种萃取方法灵活度较高,可以有效萃取牛奶中的酰胺
