本文对临床诊断为椎基底动脉供血不足的40例彩色多普勒超声检查进行分析,通过测定椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期最大流速(VS):平均流速(Vm):舒张期最小流速(Vd);脉动指数(PI);阻力指数(RI),结果椎基底动脉的异常率为80％。为临床诊断椎基底动脉供血不足的诊断提供了客观依据指标。
In this paper, 40 cases of clinically diagnosed as vertebrobasilar insufficiency by color Doppler ultrasound examination by measuring the vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic maximum flow velocity (VS): mean velocity (Vm): diastolic minimum velocity (Vd ); Pulsatility index (PI); resistance index (RI), the results of vertebrobasilar anomalous rate was 80%. It provides an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
