抓好基层党组织学习是基层党建工作的一大重要战略任务,是巩固基层党组织政治地位与先进性的需要,也是适应国情和党情发展的必然要求。抓好基层党组织学习的基本任务是营造党组织学习氛围,积极实践与学习,推进马克思主义的中国化、时代化、特色化与大众化,开展以社会主义为核心价值体系的党组织学习教育。所以说,抓好基层党组织学习是一项长期性的工作任务,必须要建立完善的运行体系与保证机制,才能够真正保证基层党组织学习的高效性。本文主要谈一谈关于抓好基层党组织学习的几点工作体会。
Grasping the study of the grassroots party organizations is an important strategic task at the grass-roots party-building work, the need to consolidate the political status and advanced nature of grass-roots party organizations, and is also an inevitable requirement of adapting to the national conditions and the development of the party’s situation. The primary task of grasping the study of the grass-roots party organizations is to create a learning atmosphere for the party organizations, practice and study actively, promote the sinicization, modernization, distinctiveness and popularization of Marxism, and carry out the study and education of the party organizations that use socialism as the core value system. Therefore, doing a good job of studying grass-roots Party organizations is a long-term task. Only through establishing a sound operation system and guarantee mechanism can we effectively guarantee the learning efficiency of the grass-roots party organizations. This article mainly talks about how to do a good job in grass-roots party organizations to learn a few work experience.
