2002年1月9日,证监会与国家经贸委联合发布了《上市公司治理准则》。这是我国第一个全面、系统的规范上市公司行为的重要文件。《准则》的出台,使上市公司治理及规范动作有章可循,并有利于转变上市公司理念,推动上市公司全面建立现代企业制度,提高上市公司质量,增强投资者信心,从而夯实我国证券市场进一步规范发展的基础。 新公布的《准则》将“控股股东与上市公司的关系”单列一章。不论
