目的:总结在内镜下胆道内射频消融治疗胆道癌治疗中的护理措施.方法:将2017年4月至2019年9月就诊于我院的19例以内镜下胆道内射频消融进行治疗的胆管癌患者作为研究对象,总结整个治疗过程中的护理措施.结果:19例患者均顺利实施了内镜下胆道内射频消融治疗手术,在术后有6例患者出现了寒战发热,发热时间在2-9d不等,患者体温峰值为39.7℃;3例患者出现疼痛情况,疼痛时长在1-4d;2例患者发生轻微胰腺炎,所有症状经提供相应治疗措施及护理后均有所好转,19例患者均康复出院.结论:在内镜下胆道内射频消融治疗中应注意在围手术期中的护理,密切观察患者各项生命体征,注意并发症反应并及时做出应对处理,避免严重并发症出现对患者健康造成进一步威胁.
