“一带一路”是我国打开国际政治、经济新局面重要战略布局,同时给广西带来了优化产业结构、升级对外贸易、提速城镇化进程、加快人才培养与交流等不可多得的发展机遇,但广西在政策执行力、基础设施、经济实力等方面存在不足。为此,要充分利用政策红利、提升基础设施建设水平,优化产业结构,升级中国—东盟自贸区,把广西打造成西南中南地区开放发展新的战略支点,成为21世纪海上丝绸之路与丝绸之路经济带有机衔接的重要门户。
“Belt and Road” is an important strategic layout for opening up new prospects for international politics and economy in our country. At the same time, it has brought Guangxi a rare opportunity for development, such as optimizing its industrial structure, upgrading its foreign trade, speeding up the process of urbanization, and accelerating talent cultivation and exchange. However, there are deficiencies in Guangxi’s policy implementation, infrastructure and economic strength. To this end, it is necessary to make full use of the policy dividends, upgrade the level of infrastructure construction, optimize the industrial structure, upgrade the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and build Guangxi into a new strategic pivot for the opening up and development of South-Southwest China and become the 21st century Maritime Silk Road and Silk Road economy with an important gateway to the organic convergence.
