本文以打造一支地勘高素党务干部队伍,更好地为地勘单位经济发展和队伍和谐稳定服务,指出当前党务干部队伍自身存在的问题及原因,寻求解决办法和建议。
This article aims to build a contingent of party cadres with a high prospect in geological prospecting and to better serve the economic development and team harmony and stability of the geological prospecting units. It also points out the problems and causes existing in the party cadres and their ranks and solves the solutions and suggestions.
