目的评价八味沉香散水提液(LEBCP)对垂体后叶素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察LEBCP对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后血流动力学和心肌超微结构的影响。结果 LEBCP能明显改善垂体后叶素引起的心脏舒缩功能下降,并能减轻心肌超微结构的损伤。结论 LEBCP对垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of LEBCP on pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by injecting the vasopressin into the sublingual vein to observe the effects of LEBCP on the hemodynamics and myocardial ultrastructure of the rats after injection of vasopressin. Results LEBCP can significantly reduce vasopressin-induced decreased cardiac contractile function, and can reduce myocardial ultrastructure damage. Conclusions LEBCP can protect vasopressin-induced acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
