高职院校中,辅导员是教师队伍的重要组成部分,在对学生进行思想政治教育方面扮演着重要角色,是学生日常思政教育和管理的组织者和实施者。辅导员在高职院校的人才培养和文化建设中具有不可代替的重要作用。但是从当前高职院校辅导员的现状来看,辅导员队伍建设还存在很多问题。本文在分析其现状的基础上,对于如何改善辅导员队伍现状的对策提出几点建议,旨在做好高职院校辅导员的队伍建设,充分发挥其作用。
In higher vocational colleges, counselors are an important part of the teaching staff and play an important role in ideological and political education for students. They are the organizers and implementers of daily ideological and political education and management of students. Counselors play an irreplaceable and important role in personnel training and cultural construction in higher vocational colleges. However, from the current situation of counselors in higher vocational colleges, there are still many problems in the construction of counselors. Based on the analysis of its current situation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the status quo of counselors, aiming to make the team of counselors in higher vocational colleges well and give full play to its role.
