γ射线探伤和 X 射线探伤一样,是射线探伤的重要手段之一,在国外已得到了广泛的应用。30多年来,我国在 X 射线探伤方面发展很快,已具有一定水平,但在γ射线探伤方面发展较慢。为了适应祖国“四化”建设的需要,必须更快更好地把γ射线探伤技术和设备搞上去。为此,本文概括地介绍了γ射线探伤的发展过程、设备结构、安全操作、技术特点、应用与展望等,并回顾了我国γ射线探伤技术与设备的应用简况。
γ-ray flaw detection and X-ray flaw detection, as one of the important means of ray flaw detection, has been abroad in a wide range of applications. For more than 30 years, our country has witnessed a rapid development in X-ray inspection. Although it has reached a certain level, its development in gamma ray inspection has been slow. In order to meet the needs of the “four modernizations” in the motherland, we must speed up and speed up the development of γ-ray inspection techniques and equipment. In this paper, the development process, equipment structure, safe operation, technical characteristics, application and prospect of γ-ray inspection are summarized in this paper. The application of γ-ray inspection technology and equipment in China is also reviewed.
