我厂生产的8S—12.5系列冷冻机中有阀盖和外阀座两个零件(见图1阀盖零件图),年产量各一万件左右。很多年来,由于加工较困难,零件上的6—Φ9.5±0.1孔的底部未割环槽(图1中Φ10.1×1.5深),所以宝塔形小弹簧被装入Φ9.5±0.1孔中后,会产生歪斜(阀座的情况与阀盖相同)。当冷冻机高速旋转时,阀片在小弹簧上的上下往复运动频率很高,所以冷冻机运行不到一个月,即发现6—Φ9.5±0.1孔的磨损很严重,有的孔还变成了椭圆形,更严重的则使小弹簧断裂并掉入汽缸内,造成事故。
