渭南市房地产交易管理所经市编委批准于1988年11月成立,隶属渭南市城乡建设局。所内现有在职职工67人,其中干部22人,工人45人,下设办公室、财务室、交易中心、信息管理中心、租赁管理科、中介管理科、市场管理科、市场协调科、市场勘验科、档案管理科等10个科室。
