中共中央关于《公民道德建设实施纲要》指出:“社会主义道德建设是发展先进文化的重要内容。”家庭美德是社会主义道德体系的重要内容和基础。家庭是社会的细胞,也是一个小社会。加强家庭美德建设,是家庭稳定的基础,是提高全民族思想道德素质的一项基础工程,对弘扬中华民族的优良传统和伟大精神,形成良好的社会道德风尚,促进物质文明与精神文明协调发展,全面推进建设有中国特色的社会主义事业,具有重要意义。
