一、全省商办工业结构调整的基本情况 1、经济运行有所改善。商办工业在经历了前两年效益急剧滑坡后,由于各地采取一些得力措施,适时调整结构,多管齐下,下跌势头有所遏制。其一,效益下滑速度趋缓;其二,主要产品产量有所增长,其三,生猪定点屠宰情况有所好转。各市抓紧落实省政府定点屠宰精神,对非定点进行清理和整顿。省财政下拨的1300万元定点改造费用已基本到位,各市财政的1:1配套资金大部分已落实,多数肉联厂改造工作进展顺利。
