兹制定一九五二年度山西省立中等学校经费开支标准及省立师范附小经费开支标准草案两份,随令附发,希即依照自本年四月份起试行,俟呈请中央批准后正式颁布施行
We hereby formulate the standard of expenditure for secondary schools in Shanxi Province for 1952 and the draft standard for expenditures for primary schools with provincial teachers. With the issuance of the order, we hopefully will launch the pilot project in April this year and submit it to the Central Government for approval Execution
