对于中国的消防企业而言,投资转移原因有二:其一,消防产业规模有限,目前中国市场对消防报警行业的需求停留在50-60亿元左右,国内外企业竞争尤为激烈,国内企业之间暂无绝对优势可言,投资转移也就在情理之中;其二,当发展空间有限而空闲资本过多时,消防企业必须进行再投资来谋求企业更好的发展空间,这比等到市场严重饱和而不得不进行投资转移先明得多。
