珍珠层与珍珠成分基本一致。国内已制成8个剂型供临床使用。我院在应用珍珠层新制成肌肉注射液治疗病毒性肝炎取得一定经验基础上,近两年来又制成静脉注射剂(20mg/100ml),提高了每次应用剂量,补充了肌注每次只能用2～4ml(0.6mg/ml)不足之处。在临床上治疗急性黄疽肝炎的结果表明,该制剂优于对照组,疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。
Nacre and pearl composition are basically the same. Eight formulations have been made in China for clinical use. In our hospital, we have obtained some experience in the application of a new intramuscular injection of nacre for the treatment of viral hepatitis. In the past two years, we have made intravenous injections (20mg/100ml), increased the dose per application, and added intramuscular injections only once. Can use 2 ~ 4ml (0.6mg/ml) deficiencies. The results of clinical treatment of acute icteric hepatitis showed that the preparation was superior to the control group and the difference in efficacy was significant (P<0.05).
