患者,男,58岁。经CT检查诊断为桥脑软化灶,于1991年4月28日在外院静滴藻酸双酯钠(PSS)0.1g,滴完之后先出现左前臂左手疼痛麻木感,继之,左手皮肤颜色渐由苍白变为暗红色;约10分钟后,右手及前臂亦出现与左上肢相同的征象且逐渐加重,疼痛难忍,全身出汗转来我院。既往无类似病史。体检:T37C,P80次/分,BP20/12kPa,神志清楚,急性痛苦病容,面色苍白;心、肺、腹部及神经系统均无异常发现;双上肢前臂以下皮肤
