金融危机引发了人们对大学生就业问题的关注,高职生就业面临严峻的形势是客观事实。通过分析高职学生特点与企业对人才的真实需求,建议提升学生心理素质、提高社会生存能力来打造高职生的核心竞争力,使之成为高职生抢占就业市场的强有力支持。
The financial crisis has aroused people’s concern about the employment problem of college students. The employment situation faced by higher vocational students is an objective fact. By analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational students and the real needs of talents in enterprises, it is suggested to improve the students’ psychological quality and improve the social viability so as to build the core competitiveness of higher vocational students and make them strong support for vocational students to occupy the employment market.
