据《上海证券报》报道,华友钴业8月14日发布公告称,公司全资子公司华友国际矿业(香港)有限公司与澳大利亚证券交易所上市公司AVZ MINERALS LIMITED签署股份认购协议,华友国际矿业拟以1302万澳元认购AVZ新发行的1.86亿股股份。AVZ主营非洲地区的矿产勘探,包括对铜、钒、铅、锌、锂、锡、金矿的勘探。AVZ公司拥有刚果(金)Manono项目60%的权益。Manono项目为勘探权项目,存在一定的锂资源找矿潜力。
