好副职的标准有很多参照系,如正职的标准、副职之间的标准、群众的标准、副职自身的标准等等,其中,正职对好副职的理解更为重要,因为副职主要是配合正职开展工作的,没有正职的理解、认可和支持,副职就很难做好工作。因此,站在正职的角度探讨怎样当好副职是非常有意义的。在这方面,处理好“大”与“小”、“前”与“后”、“上”与“下”的关系,是副职必须深入思考的问题。
