本文研究了自然时效对快淬MmNi_(3.8)Co_0.6Mn_(0.55)Ti_(0.05)贮氢合金的电化学性能的影响,发现时效可改善合金的初始活化性能,且时效时间越长,合金的活化速度越高;时效处理还可在一定程度上提高合金的放电容量和高倍率放电能力;时效处理还可小幅度地提高合金的放电电压并使其更平坦;时效过程应避免氧化,否则将导致合金初始活化速度和放电容量的下降。合金电化学特性不仅跟合金的表面状态(如氧化膜的形成)有关,而且与合金内部结构(如晶格缺陷、固溶度等)有着密切的联系。
The effect of natural aging on the electrochemical properties of the rapidly quenched MmNi_ (3.8) Co_0.6Mn_ (0.55) Ti_ (0.05) hydrogen storage alloy was studied in this paper.
