Crosby’s quality management idea is very simple and straightforward: Do things right the first time! Crouseby believes that quality is in line with requirements. Quality must be defined in terms of measurable and clear words to help organizations act on the basis of measurable goals rather than on premonitions, experiences or personal opinions. For Crowes, quality exists and does not exist. There is no standard for classifying quality into different levels. Regarding the cost of quality, Crosby points out that management must constantly measure the cost of quality by finding the cost of doing something wrong, which is also called the cost of not meeting the requirements.
