以钢化玻璃、PC阳光板为表面透光保温材料,以蛇形单层通路、蛇形双层通路为载热流体通路,制作了4台不同类型的平板型太阳能空气集热板,按“透光保温材料-载热流体通路”命名为Ⅰ型(钢化玻璃-蛇形单层通路)、Ⅱ型(钢化玻璃-蛇形双层通路)、Ⅲ型(PC阳光板-蛇形单层通路)、Ⅳ型(PC阳光板-蛇形双层通路),采用两两对比的方法,对比4种集热板的集热效率,得出Ⅲ型(PC阳光板-蛇形单层通路)集热板集热效率最高,集热效率可以达到74.6%,传热介质温度最高可达105.2℃,造价不足真空管式太阳能集热器的1/3,适合在农村推广应用。
The glass plate and the PC sunshine plate are used as the surface light-permeable heat-insulating materials. Four serpentine single-layer passages and serpentine double-layer passages are used as the heat transfer fluid passages, and four different types of flat-plate solar air heat collector plates are manufactured. Transparent insulation materials - thermal fluid access "named Ⅰ type (toughened glass - serpentine single-layer access), Ⅱ (tempered glass - serpentine double channel), Ⅲ type (PC sunshine - serpentine single-layer (PC sunshine plate - serpentine double pass). Comparing the heat collecting efficiency of the four kinds of collector plates, the type III (PC sunshine plate - serpentine monolayer) Hot plate heat collection efficiency is the highest, heat collection efficiency can reach 74.6%, heat transfer medium temperature up to 105.2 ℃, the cost of vacuum tube solar collector less than 1/3, suitable for promotion and application in rural areas.
