2003年新疆师范大学学报高举邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的伟大旗帜,坚持“二为”方向和“双百”方针,坚持质量第一和以社会效益为主的原则,在校党委的正确领导下,在全体员工的共同努力下,与时俱进,求实创新,突出刊物的民族性、地域性、师范性特点,创造性地开展工作,取得了较好成绩。继去年汉文社科学报被评为全国百强学报并入选中国人文社科学报核心期刊,维文社科学报也荣膺全国优秀学报之后,今年汉文学报又入选中国学术期刊综合评价数据库统计源期刊,中国人文科学引文数据库来源期刊,中文科技期刊数据库,并荣获全国《CAJ-CD规范》执行优秀期刊奖。维文自然科学版也荣获了新疆科技期刊奖,取得了突破。截止2003年11月,新师大汉文社科版学报被转载文章18篇,已超过了去年,并首次被《新华文摘》、《光明日报》、《北京大学学报》转摘。在科研方面也取得了新成绩:学报工作者全年发表论文20余篇,其中在核心期刊上发表论文10篇,转载4篇,出版译著1部,编著1部,主持校级课题1项,参与1项,获得自治区社会科学优秀成果二等奖等个人奖励5项。
