目的对出院病案未按时回收的原因及后果,提出相应的对策以减少发生。方法以《北京地区医院管理考核评价标准实施细则》为依据,依照单位的规章制度和管理办法,对医院现状进行分析。结果未按时回收病案现象,在实际工作中普遍存在。主要是各级医师之间、医护之间的衔接不利。结论临床与病案室应各负其责,相互配合,减少甚至杜绝出院病案不按时回收现象。
Objective To put forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the causes and consequences of the discharged medical records without timely recovery. Methods Based on the “Detailed Rules for Evaluation of Hospital Management in Beijing Area”, the status quo of the hospital was analyzed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the unit and management measures. The result did not recover the medical record on time, which was ubiquitous in the practical work. Mainly between the physicians at all levels, the link between health care disadvantage. Conclusions The clinical and patient cases should bear their respective responsibilities and cooperate with each other to reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon that the discharged medical records will not be recovered on time.
