分别应用区带电泳法和阳离子树脂交换法测定了新型潜在心肌灌注显像剂99mTcN TBI的电荷性质 ,且在相同条件下测定了99mTc TBI的电荷性质 ,并进行了比较 .电泳实验结果显示 ,有放射性活度的 73.1%的99mTcN TBI滞留于原点 ,而同样条件下有放射性活度的 97.4 %的99mTc TBI移向负极 ;在阳离子树脂交换实验中 ,99mTcN TBI的lgD pH直线斜率x =0 .12 ,而相应的99mTc TBI的lgD pH直线斜率x =0 .86.这 2种实验结果均表明 ,99mTcN TBI为中性配合物
The charge properties of 99mTcN TBI, a novel potential myocardial perfusion imaging agent, were determined by zymography and cation resin exchange method, respectively, and the charge properties of 99mTc TBI were measured and compared under the same conditions.The electrophoresis results showed that there was The 99mTcN TBI of radioactive activity remained at the origin while 99.4% of 99mTc TBI with radioactive activity was transferred to the negative electrode in the same condition. In the cation resin exchange experiment, the linear gradient of lgD pH of 99mTcN TBI was x = 0.12 , Whereas the slope of the lgD pH line of the corresponding 99mTc TBI x = 0 .86. Both of the experimental results show that 99mTcN TBI is a neutral complex
