监控在了解β细胞功能中的作用

20 0 0年 4～ 1 2月于我院门诊行胰岛功能检查 ,提示 β细胞功能衰竭 ,开始用诺和灵治疗的 ,曾用口服降糖药有效的 2型糖尿病病人 1 4 3例 ,根据病人病情监控程度分为监控组和非监控组 ,比较两组病人的平均病程 ,胰岛素用量 ,以及严重并发症的发生率的差异。结果 :监控组较之非监控组平均病程短 ,胰岛素用量少 ,开始使用胰岛素替代治疗时并发症也较少。结论 :严密的病情监控有利于早期发现胰岛 β细胞功能衰退。

From April to February 2004, we performed pancreatic islet function tests in our outpatient department, suggesting that β-cell failure occurred and that norepinephrine was used to treat type 2 diabetes patients who had been given oral hypoglycemic agents. According to The degree of patient’s condition monitoring is divided into the monitoring group and the non-monitoring group, comparing the average course of the two groups of patients, the amount of insulin, and the incidence of serious complications. Results: Compared with the non-monitoring group, the monitoring group had shorter average duration of disease, less insulin dosage, and fewer complications when starting insulin replacement therapy. CONCLUSIONS: Close surveillance of the disease facilitates the early detection of pancreatic β-cell dysfunction.
