目的:探索流感病毒的抗肿瘤作用。方法:通过用小白鼠肉瘤细胞(S180)接种昆明系小鼠而形成荷瘤小鼠,再注射流感病毒于荷瘤小鼠,观察其抑制肉瘤细胞生长情况。结果:活流感病毒注射后的抑瘤率达到58.20%,而PHA和5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)的抑瘤率分别为65.92%和59.06%,三者之间无显著性差异(P>0.5)。结论:活流感病毒在试验动物体内具有抑制S180瘤细胞生长的作用。
Objective: To explore the anti-tumor effects of influenza virus. METHODS: Tumor-bearing mice were established by inoculating Kunming mice with mouse sarcoma cells (S180). Then influenza virus was injected into the tumor-bearing mice to observe the growth inhibition of sarcoma cells. Results: The inhibitory rate of live influenza virus reached 58.20% after injection, while the inhibition rates of PHA and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) were 65.92% and 59.06%, respectively. No significant difference (P>0.5). Conclusion: Live influenza virus has the effect of inhibiting the growth of S180 tumor cells in experimental animals.
