四川省素有“中医之乡,中药之库“的美誉,中医界有“无川药不成方”之说。四川中药资源种类多、分布广、蕴藏量大。1984年,四川在全国率先提出“振兴中医”的口号,经过22年的不懈努力,四川省初步形成了有规模的中医教育、临床、科研、生产及流通体系,中医药科技结构得到有效整合,中医药科技成果转化和中医药科技资源的开发利用能力得到明显提高。
