有些观众问为什么收看不到中央电视台第三套(15频道)节目和卫星教育电视节目?中央电视台的第三套节目是今年1月1日开播的,它使用15频道由彩电中心大楼向北京地区发送,有效接收范围以彩电中心为中心,半径十八公里,即北京地区三环路以内地区接收效果较好。
