医务人员是遭受医院工作场所暴力的高危人群。医疗纠纷表现形式趋于暴力化,已严重威胁医务工作者的健康和生命。尤其是接诊患者较多的科室,工作中既要承担医疗风险,又要承受工作场所暴力所引发的委屈、愤怒、恐惧等不良心理体验。因此这些都要求医务人员要有满腔的工作热情,较高的医疗护理水平,敏捷的思维,快节奏的工作效率。我院2002—2013年先后发生6例,为此我院对医院工作场所暴力分析了其原因及建立了相应的应对措施,近年来明显降低了
Medical staff are at high risk of being subjected to violence in the hospital’s workplace. The manifestation of medical disputes tends to be violent, which has seriously threatened the health and lives of medical workers. In particular, departments with more admissions should take on medical risks as well as grievances, anger and fear caused by violence in the workplace. Therefore, these require medical staff to have full enthusiasm for work, high level of medical care, agile thinking, fast-paced efficiency. In our hospital from 2002 to 2013, 6 cases occurred in succession, so our hospital analyzed the causes of the violence in the hospital workplace and set up the corresponding countermeasures, in recent years, significantly reduced
