目的:寻找流苏石斛种苗繁育的有效途径。方法:野生茎株按不同株龄、不同部位分类剪断,用浓度为1mg/L的6-BA溶液浸泡和直接扦插,以不剪断的茎株作对照。结果:已开过花的较老茎株得苗率比未开过花的较嫩茎株得苗率高;茎株的不同部位得苗率:顶部>中部>基部;6-BA对流苏石斛插条的萌发没有太大的影响;剪断扦插得苗率比整株扦插得苗率高。结论:流苏石斛扦插繁殖,应选择饱满、圆润、已开过花的较老茎株的中部、顶部作插条;插条应尽可能保留少量的节;扦插培养过程中,应防止扦插基质过湿和淋雨。用扦插的方式繁殖与组织培养相比,尽管存在着繁殖系数低、浪费原材料等弊端,但亦具有技术简单且移栽成活率高等优点,在流苏石斛野生资源缺乏的今天,不失为种苗繁育和种质资源保护的有效途径之一。
