目的探讨老年上消化道出血患者呼吸道医院感染的特点及防范。方法回顾性调查163例年龄≥70岁上消化道出血患者住院病历及院感记录。结果呼吸道感染38例次,感染率23.31%,危险因素与年龄、住院时间、止血时间、出血形式、并发全身疾病等有关。结论老年住院病人上消化道出血发生呼吸道感染不容忽视,应加强监控、避免和减少发生。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and prevention of nosocomial respiratory infections in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Retrospective investigation of 163 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding aged 70 years or more in hospital records and hospital records. Results 38 cases of respiratory tract infection, infection rate of 23.31%, risk factors and age, length of stay, bleeding time, forms of bleeding, complicated by systemic diseases. Conclusion Elderly inpatients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding respiratory infection should not be ignored, should be strengthened to monitor, to avoid and reduce the occurrence.
