近年来,国家为培养各种专业人才,推动职业教育的发展,每年都开展职业学校学生专业技能竞赛,但技能竞赛不是职业学校的终极目标,职业学校应该以大赛为风向标,检验教师教学的质量以及反思教学方式,重新构建自己的教育理念和人才培养模式。以技能大赛为平台,融入以生为本的教学理念、科学的训练模式,培养学生的创新能力,提高学生综合素质。
In recent years, in order to cultivate various kinds of professionals and promote the development of vocational education, the state has carried out the professional skills competition for vocational schools every year. However, the skills competition is not the ultimate goal of vocational schools. Vocational schools should take the competition as the benchmark to test the quality of teaching As well as reflection on teaching methods, to rebuild their own educational philosophy and personnel training mode. To skills competition as a platform, into the teaching concept of students-based, scientific training mode, develop students’ innovative ability and improve the overall quality of students.
