近几年来,我院严格按照卫生部、国家中医药管理局所颁《病历书写基本规范(试行)》的要求,加强病历管理,严格病历书写要求,不断提高病案质量,从而促进医院管理,尤其是医疗质量提高。实践使我们体会到,病历质量不仅仅是体现医院管理水平、医疗质量、医务人员素质的载体;同时也是促进医院管理、医疗质量、医务人员素质提高的动力。
In recent years, our institute has strictly complied with the requirements of the “Basic Rules for Medical Record Writing (Trial)” issued by the Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to strengthen the management of medical records, strictly write medical record requirements, and continuously improve the quality of medical records so as to promote hospital management, especially Improve medical quality. Practice has enabled us to realize that the quality of medical records not only reflects the hospital management level, medical quality, and the quality of medical personnel; it is also the driving force for the promotion of hospital management, medical quality, and the improvement of the quality of medical personnel.
