Health Administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Health Inspection Center of the Ministry of Health: In the third quarter of 2004, 133 food poisoning incidents reports were received by our ministry, causing 5737 poisoning and 94 deaths involving 100 persons 14 of the above poisoning.
