Cryotherapy is a new advance in modern therapeutics. It is mostly used in the treatment of superficial diseases or tumors. However, there is no systematic report on the treatment of visceral tumors, especially in the treatment of intracranial tumors. To cope with the work of cryo-excision of brain tumors, our hospital since 1979, carried out on the brain of local frozen animal experiments, the results are as follows. Materials and Methods Twelve healthy rabbits weighing 2.5-3kg were divided into four groups (three in each group). Group 1: normal rabbit brain tissue without freezing (control group). 2 groups (in vitro specimens): the healthy rabbits were sacrificed immediately after taking a big brain of broad beans, a
