城市轨道交通是我国乃至全世界普遍的一种交通方式,并且具有快捷、方便、高效等一系列优点,为人类的生活带来了巨大的方便。但是一旦发生较大的安全事故,不仅对于运行设备本身,而且对于人员的生命和财产安全都会构成巨大的威胁,并会造成极大的社会影响。对于城市轨道交通的安全运行,作者从理论、管理、技术这三个方面对其进行分析和讨论,针对其提出预防措施和应急预案。
Urban rail transit is a kind of common mode of transport in our country and even in the whole world. And it has many advantages, such as quickness, convenience and efficiency, bringing great convenience to human life. However, in the event of a major safety accident, it poses a tremendous threat not only to the operation of the equipment itself, but also to the lives and property of the personnel and will have a great social impact. For the safe operation of urban rail transit, the author analyzes and discusses it from the aspects of theory, management and technology, and proposes preventive measures and contingency plans for it.
