利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定京万红药膏中锑(Sb),确定了最佳测定条件,基体改进剂及样品处理方法等.在选定条件下以硝酸镍为基体改进剂,既可明显提高灰化温度,又对锑的吸收信号有显著增强作用.检出限可达1.7×10~(-4)μg/mL,精密度2.9%.用于实际样品测定时,平均回收率为94.4%.
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine antimony (Sb) in Jingwanhong ointment. The optimum determination conditions, matrix modifier and sample processing method were determined. In the selected conditions to nickel nitrate as a matrix improver, can significantly improve the ashing temperature, but also significantly enhance the absorption of antimony signal. The detection limit was up to 1.7 × 10 ~ (-4) μg / mL and the precision was 2.9%. For the actual sample determination, the average recovery was 94.4%.
