本文全面回顾了2101年天津滨海新区国民经济和社会发展执行情况,并提出了2011年的工作目标。2010年,天津滨海新区经济增长全面加快,主要指标超额完成任务;开发开放攻坚战快速推进,十大战役取得重大进展;结构调整初现成效,经济质量与效益显著提升;重大项目建设进展顺利,城区载体功能明显增强;和谐社会建设加快,民计民生逐步改善;改革开放重点突破,发展动力进一步增强。2011年经济社会发展主要任务是:加快推进十大战役向纵深发展,加快推进经济发展方式转变,加快推进农村城市化步伐,加快推进外向型经济发展,加快推进重大项目建设,加快推进十大改革进程。
This article provides a comprehensive review of the implementation of the national economic and social development in Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2101 and proposes the targets for 2011. In 2010, the economic growth of Tianjin Binhai New Area was accelerated in an all-round way with the main targets exceeding the tasks. The rapid development of the opening-up and tackling battles made significant progress in the ten major battles. The structural adjustment started to take effect and the economic quality and efficiency improved significantly. The construction of major projects progressed smoothly, The function of carrier has been obviously enhanced; the building of a harmonious society has accelerated; the people’s livelihood and the people’s livelihood have been gradually improved; the major breakthroughs in reform and opening up have made the momentum for development further enhanced. The main tasks of economic and social development in 2011 are to speed up the ten major campaigns to develop in depth, speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, speed up the pace of urbanization in rural areas, speed up the development of an export-oriented economy, speed up the construction of major projects and speed up the reform of the Ten Major Reforms process.
