建设社会主义精神文明,需要各行各业、各个部门乃至全社会广大人民群众的共同努力,民政部门及其所管理的各项民政工作当然也不例外。但本人特别感到社区服务工作对于加强社会主义精神文明建设尤为重要。该文拟对发展社区服务与加强社会主义精神文明建设之间的关系,谈谈自己的肤浅认识。

Building a socialist spiritual civilization requires the concerted efforts of all walks of life, departments and even the entire masses of the general public. Civil affairs departments and the various civil affairs administrations they manage are no exception. However, I particularly feel that community service work is particularly important for strengthening the building of a socialist spiritual civilization.
