Mr. Yang Zhenning is an internationally renowned scientist. His research interests mainly focus on the principles of symmetry in statistical mechanics and particle physics. In 1957, he and another Chinese American, Professor Li Zhengdao, won the Nobel Prize in Physics for overthrowing the laws of conservation of the universe in physics. Since 1971, Mr. Yang Zhenning has often returned home for lectures and visits, making great contributions to the development of China’s science and technology and strengthening the friendship between the peoples of China and the United States.
