近年来,国内煤制烯烃产业技术不断取得新突破。由陕西煤业化工集团公司、中科院大连化物所和中国石化洛阳石化工程公司联合自主开发的甲醇制烯烃(DMTO)技术,2010年8月在神华包头煤制烯烃工业化示范装置上成功应用。装置投运后,甲醇单程转化率、乙烯和丙烯的选择性等主要技术指标都超过了预期的水平,这充分证明了这项技术的先进性和可靠性,极大地鼓舞和坚定了我们发展煤制烯烃的信心和决心。
In recent years, the domestic coal-to-olefin industry has made new breakthroughs in technology. Methanol to alkene (DMTO) technology, jointly developed by Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Group Corporation, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company, was successfully applied to industrialization demonstration plant of coal-to-olefin from Shenhua Baotou in August 2010. After put into operation, the main technical indexes such as the one-way conversion of methanol and the selectivity of ethylene and propylene surpassed the expected levels, which fully proved the advancement and reliability of this technology and greatly encouraged and strengthened our development of coal The confidence and determination to make olefins.
