2012年11月23日,在越南第13届国会第4次会议上,以94.98%的赞成票通过了《反腐败法》(修正案),要求公开化越南高级官员个人财产申报表。根据修改后的法案,越南的领导干部需在每年1月1日至3月31日期间,将个人财产申报清单在本人所在机关、组织或单位公布。与此同时,越南国会代表及地方各级人民议会代表应选人的个人财产申报清单也须在选民代表会议上公布。这部法律还对领导干部个人所增加财产的各类义务加以规定,越南国会指定政府
On November 23, 2012, at the 4th meeting of the 13th parliament of Vietnam, the Anti-Corruption Act (Amendment) was passed with 94.98% of the votes in favor, demanding the public disclosure of the personal property declaration of senior Vietnamese officials. According to the amended act, leading cadres in Vietnam need to publish the list of personal property declarations in their own organs, organizations or units from January 1 to March 31 each year. In the meantime, the list of individual property declarations of Vietnamese parliamentarians and candidates for parliamentary representatives of local people’s congresses at various levels must also be announced at the voter representative conference.
