目的:探讨海洛因对人体免疫功能的影响.方法:将87例海洛因依赖者分别按年龄、吸毒年限及吸毒途径、性别进行分组,用全自动生化分析仪检测其血清免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgA,IgM)含量,与对照组(健康体检组)或组间比较分析.结果:各年龄组依赖者与对照组比较,血清免疫球蛋白均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),吸毒年限越长者血清免疫球蛋白含量越低.不同吸毒途径、不同性别组间比较,免疫球蛋白水平无显著性差异.结论海洛因毒品对人体体液免疫功能有损害作用,其损害程度与吸毒时间正相关,而与依赖者年龄、性别、吸毒途径均无明显关系.
Objective: To explore the impact of heroin on human immune function.Methods: 87 cases of heroin addicts were divided into groups according to their ages, drug addiction, drug addiction and sex, respectively. Serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the longer the duration of drug use was, the longer the duration of drug use was.Conclusion: Compared with the control group, The lower the content of serum immunoglobulin.Different routes of drug use, gender differences between the groups, immunoglobulin levels no significant difference.Conclusion Heroin drugs have a damaging effect on human humoral immune function, the degree of damage is positively correlated with the time of drug abuse, and No significant relationship was found with the dependents’ age, sex and drug use.
